Why do I need an account and how do I create an account?
  You need to set up a simple account in order for us to understand your Worldwide location.
That enables us to automatically charge the correct VAT if you are in the UK.
If you are outside of the UK then you will not be charged any tax.
By setting up your account we can also calculate your Shipping charges.

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete the setting up of your account.

Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
You will first need to register your details, in order that the website can calculate the correct shipping charges.

UK Shipping is included Free and will automatically be shown as £0.00
You can also Upgrade UK shipping at checkout.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product.
What is your refund / return policy?
  UNWANTED PRODUCTS
In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned for a refund.
You must let us know that you want to return them, within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.
The return must include all original packaging, be in ‘As New’ condition and must NOT have been used or installed.
You must return the package at your own expense and use a postal service that is tracked and signed for.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
You always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 21 days of delivery.
Otherwise, if the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery), we will offer you a prompt replace or repair service.
In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
You must ensure that the package is delivered undamaged when you sign for acceptance of delivery.

When will my order ship?
  All products listed online should be available in stock for immediate delivery.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
